The sunset was already a bit funny. Kind of a clear sky, still light outside and raindrops were hitting our apartment windows. Shortly after when the sun had set and it was dark I could hear some thunder. Bit later we realized how much lightning there actually was, withouth thunder!
From 9pm to 10.30pm Sydny local time it was a full show of lightning so bright, pictures would made you believe it was taken during the day.
